These terms apply to use of this website and to wholesale orders placed with Turquoise Trade House. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.
Wholesale buyers only
We sell to businesses that buy for resale (boutiques, retailers, stylists and similar). We may ask for business details before approving an account or releasing pricing, and we may decline or close an account at our discretion. There is no retail checkout on this site.
Orders, quotes and pricing
- Sending an inquiry does not create an order and nothing is charged. An order is confirmed only when you accept our quote and pay the invoice.
- Prices, minimum order amounts, deals and availability shown on the site may change without notice. The quote/invoice we send is what applies to your order.
- We may correct pricing or description errors, and may cancel an order affected by an error with a full refund of any amount paid.

Shipping, returns and claims

Products and materials
- Natural stones vary in colour, matrix and pattern, and pieces may differ slightly from photos.
- Metals and finishes are described as listed on each product and on our Materials & Disclosures page. German Silver (nickel silver) is a base-metal alloy and is not sterling silver. Stone classifications are shown only when supplier-verified.
- As the reseller, you are responsible for describing products accurately to your own customers, consistent with our disclosures.
Custom and private-label work
Custom and private-label orders follow the terms in your written quote, including deposits and approvals. You confirm you have the right to use any logos, names or designs you supply.
Website use
Site content, photos and text belong to Turquoise Trade House or its licensors. Approved wholesale buyers may use our product photos to market products bought from us; other copying requires permission. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access or scrape it in a way that disrupts service.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for the affected products, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
