Shipping Policy

Where we ship from

Orders ship from the United States. We ship to US buyers and to international buyers in the markets listed in the region selector.

Shipping cost

• Shipping is quoted per order, based on weight, destination and the service you choose. It is shown on your formal quote before you pay. Nothing is charged when you send an inquiry.
• Want to use your own carrier account? Tell us in your inquiry and we will ship on it.

When orders ship

• Ready-to-ship lots are packed and dispatched after payment is received.
• Made-to-order and custom designs ship when production is complete. Your quote gives the estimated production time for your order.
• Carrier delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. If you need goods by a certain date, such as a market or show, tell us before you order and we will confirm whether it is realistic.

Tracking

Every shipment has a tracking number, sent to you by email when it ships.

International orders

• Import duties, taxes and customs fees are paid by the buyer, unless your quote says otherwise.
• Orders shipped to the EU and UK are supplied in brass base metal only.
• Please make sure the delivery address and contact phone are correct. Returned or re-routed parcels may incur extra shipping.

Damaged or lost in transit

Please inspect your parcel when it arrives. Report damage or missing items as described in our Returns & Claims Policy. If a tracked parcel is lost, we will open a claim with the carrier and work with you on a replacement or refund.
